The trial of a Lithuanian man accused of killing his wife in a Ronda hotel room in February 2015 began on Monday. Prosecutors are calling for the man to be sentenced to 14 years in jail, and ordered to pay compensation to his children. According to court documents, the couple had been arguing, and the man has now admitted that he cannot remember much about the circumstances surrounding the death as he had drunk alcohol and taken tablets the night before.
