Mijas town hall says around 400 homes in the area have signed up for the Junta de Andalucía’s new register for holiday lets, which is required for residential properties to be rented out for vacational use. For many homes that lack the required licence of first occupation, the town hall is issuing the necessary certificates to allow their registration.
