A 38-year-old woman and her 17-year-old son suffered serious burns in a gas explosion in the La Palma district of Málaga on Sunday afternoon. Her husband and other children, aged nine and 18, were also hospitalised with burns and smoke inhalation. The blast in the ninth floor apartment caused serious damage inside the block with falling debris from the explosion damaging parked cars.
