National Police in Marbella have detained a 36-year-old Lithuanian man wanted on a European arrest warrant issued by his home country. He is accused of a car-jack kidnapping, carried out with an accomplice, in which the victim, who owed money to an unidentified associate of the captors, was held at a home and treated violently until agreeing to pay off the debt.
