Former Marbella town councillor and Malaya corruption case fugitive Carlos Fernández, has been scheduled for an extradition hearing in Argentina on November 29. Sr Fernández was arrested in the South American country in September after 11 years on the run. Spain has requested his extradition on charges related to Malaya and several other cases.
