A Mijas breast cancer survivor with a recognised 41% disability says she will appeal against a court ruling which denied her request to be granted permanent disability status for Social Security payments. The court ruled she was fit to return to work as a supermarket cashier, despite medical reports indicating that she experiences ongoing pain and restricted movement.
