Two cyclists died and three others were seriously injured in Valencia on Sunday morning when they were struck by a car whose 28-year-old driver tested positive for drink and drugs. Police said the woman was almost four times over the legal alcohol limit and was a repeat offender. She has been remanded in custody without bail. Her car is reported to have crossed into the on-coming carriageway before striking the riders.
