A 66-year-old Bulgarian man has been sentenced to two years in jail by Málaga’s provincial court, on charges of counterfeiting currency. The man was picked up by the National Police in Estepona on December 22, 2014, and when searching him officers found 40 €500 and 150 €20 notes hidden under his shirt, that were only declared as fakes after expert examination.
