New businesses in Torremolinos will have a more streamlined process of starting up after the council last week gave final approval to new regulations that reduce the bureaucratic procedures. One of the biggest benefits is the ability to set up shop without a having to obtain a traditional opening licence, by instead submitting a ‘declaration of responsibility’ stating that all requirements have been met.
