The British man accused of shooting and killing an Irish holidaymaker outside a bar in Benalmádena, in 2010, has been found guilty of murder. During his trial in Málaga last week he was also found guilty on two other counts – owning the unlicensed gun used in the attack, and the attempted murder of the bar’s manager. He was cleared of another attempted murder charge. He has not yet been sentenced.
