Three masked men in a drug trafficking-style boat last week entered the Algeciras port and poured petrol on a new high-speed Customs boat moored there, but were run off by security guards before they could set it alight. In a separate incident, the chief public prosecutor in Algeciras had two tyres of his car slashed while it was parked in the car park of the provincial courthouse in the town.
