A mechanic from Vélez-Málaga has become a double European champion at a custom bike show in Lugano. Francisco Alí Manén won in two categories at the 26th European HOG Rally for Harley enthusiasts. One of his two entries, his latest creation named Envy, attracted considerable interest, especially from Russian fans, and, he says, would have a price tag of between €60,000 and €80,000.
