Benalmádena’s foreigners’ department is hosting an informative talk next week that will help to clarify recent law changes that could affect expats, including the new regulations on renting out properties for holiday lets.

Jointly organised by the department and Málaga’s official college of administrative managers, or ‘Gestores’, the Updating on Administrative Procedures meeting will take place in the town’s Innova building behind Parque de la Paloma at 12.30pm next Thursday, April 21.

At the meeting, which will take place in English and is free to attend, registered administrative manager María José Cobos will discuss modifications to non-resident income tax laws and offer an update on the latest traffic law changes, including registration and validation of driving licences.
