Donations collected in memory of Ronda’s crash victims

THE families of the three Ronda residents killed in a car crash in India earlier this month are continuing on the charitable work of their loved ones, by raising nearly €17,000 for the Vicente Ferrer foundation.

Vicente Pérez, Josefa Morán and Nieves López, as well as Francisco Pedrosa from Granada and their Indian bus driver, were killed when their minibus collided with a truck as they drove through the Andhra Pradesh region on August 5. The Spaniards, all volunteers with Vicente Ferrer, were on a trip to visit humanitarian projects carried out by the charitable foundation in southern parts of the country when the accident happened.
