We had booked our Imserso holiday for April 13 for a week. This obviously got cancelled due to the pandemic.
We were advised to send certain papers to Mundo Senior offices in Mallorca in order to get our refund of €450. This we did by special post on 12/03/20 which would have got there the next day.
Some seven weeks later and after requests via email we get the same message back –
‘Good morning, due to the large number of requests received at the moment, we cannot confirm the reply date, we are trying to speed up the procedures as much as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation.
A cordial greeting.’
We have had the same reply six times now and ALWAYS the same wording.
We would like to know if others are having the same problem
