Fire Savings

Nineteen of the Axarquía’s 31 municipalities will save a total of €177,000 a year under new fire cover arrangements. The Provincial Fire Consortium has announced that areas with under 2,000 residents won’t have to contribute to costs, and those with up to 5,000 residents may benefit at a later date.
