A RESIDENT of Vélez-Málaga has been denounced by a town hall employee who claims he was threatened with a firearm in his office. The victim, who works for the Partido Andalucista, says the man had visited his office on several previous occasions seeking help with a problem he had with the municipal water company, Aqualia.

On each occasion, the individual had produced a permit to hold a firearm as a form of identification, but during the last visit some weeks ago, he was wearing a gun belt and assured the municipal worker that the holster held a weapon.
