Plaza La Nogalera has been the site of numerous night-time events and concerts this summer

TORREMOLINOS town hall last week hailed the revival of the town centre, and in particular the positive effects of the creation of its new pedestrian-only zone – but residents in some areas have raised complaints over excessive late-night noise this summer.
