A website has been launched to promote the sale of a vast array of assets seized from jailed Malaya corruption case kingpin Juan Antonio Roca, Marbella’s former town planning adviser. The site features everything from houses, farms and other properties to artworks, luxury watches and a collection of antique horse carriages.

In the Malaya case alone Roca, who has also been convicted in other corruption cases and has numerous cases still pending, was hit with fines totalling over €230 million.

While the site shows that most of the properties and many of the other items are still in the process of having their values assessed, the combined total will be in the millions.

Just one ‘casa-hotel’ at El Rocío in Huelva has a listed price of €2.2 million euros, while a four-star hotel in Murcia has yet to have a value listed.
