THE Guardia Civil have arrested 10 people in the break-up of a gang that allegedly stole thousands of kilos of olives from farms in the Guadalhorce valley.

Another 19 people have been named as suspects in the investigation, which was launched in October after reports of thefts by growers in Alhaurín de la Torre, Alhaurín el Grande, Cártama, Coín and Álora, said Guardia officials last week.
