The centrist Ciudadanos party has lodged a question asking central government why so few Tráfico staff are working in Málaga this summer. They say a backlog of applications for driving licences has built up as a result, with two-month delays experienced. Students preparing to leave home to study in the autumn have been badly hit, it is claimed.
