Costa del Sol Sí Puede councillor Fransisco Martínez Ávila has filed a criminal complaint with the anti-corruption prosecutor over alleged irregularities in the development of Mijas’s Hipódromo horseracing track and management of the municipal company in charge of it, Recursos Turísticos. The complaint names 17 people including the last four ex-mayors mayors of the town.
