A Coín couple has launched a sweet tomato preserve made with local Huevo Toro tomatoes from the Guadalhorce valley. The product, known as Dulce de Tomate, is being marketed under the brand name Coín Pá Comérselo (roughly translated as ‘Coín, finger-licking good’), along with other preserves made from local produce. It is available at a number of local restaurants and gourmet stores.
