A tattoo artist has been sentenced to a year and a half in prison for sexually abusing a woman by groping her while giving her a tattoo in Marbella in May 2013. The provincial court, hearing an appeal of a lower court ruling, reduced the charge from sexual aggression to sexual abuse and halved the original sentence. The man is also ordered to pay €1,000 in compensation to the victim.
