A video on Facebook is expected to land a driver in Valencia with a hefty fine. He was filmed by another user of the N-220 in Paterna carrying 32 wooden pallets stacked precariously on his van’s roof as he drove to an industrial estate last week. The Guardia Civil have identified him from the vehicle’s number plate and charged him with dangerous driving.
