A three-year-old child has died in Huelva after being hit on the head by a piece of wood dislodged by strong winds. Bad weather is also thought to be responsible for the disappearance of a 73-year-old man, last seen fishing on the coast of Cantabria. Gale force winds and torrential rain closed roads and schools in several areas at the start of the week.
