Málaga is experiencing a shortage of waiting and kitchen staff, according to Argos, a regional employment sector watchdog. It says the economic recovery has triggered the opening of new bars and restaurants, resulting in a lack of experienced workers, especially in the capital. Argos added that employers are calling for more training centres.
