A 60-year-old man was in a serious condition in the Granada town of Pinos Puente on Monday after being stabbed in his own home with a screwdriver. Police believe one or more intruders broke a window to enter the property, although the motive for the attack is unclear. The victim is a former drug addict with a record of violent robberies.
