Two 14-year-olds are being investigated over the alleged bullying of a student at Estepona’s Colegio Juan XXIII. In a separate case, police have interviewed over a dozen students at the town’s Monterroso school in relation to a video circulated on WhatsApp showing a 12-year-old girl at the school being beaten up by another girl. In this case, all are under 14 so cannot be charged.
