A 70,000 square metre site in the city of Málaga, formerly occupied by Repsol, may be developed as a residential and commercial centre. Russian investors are reported to have expressed interest in the lot and have already held meetings with the town hall. An eight-year project would include the construction of residential blocks of up to 34 storeys, plus shops, services and gardens.
