The State Prosecutor’s Office is calling for a 36-year-old Romanian man accused of killing his brother-in-law in front of his nieces in Benalmádena last February to face a 22 year jail sentence and a €150,000 fine. The prosecutor’s statement said that the man attacked his sister’s partner from behind in the apartment they all shared on Calle Zodiaco, starting a fight that saw the victim receive blows and stab wounds.
