The prosecutor’s office has rejected Malaya corruption case kingpin Juan Antonio Roca’s offer to make a blanket guilty plea in more than 100 cases still pending against him, saying each will be reviewed individually. The provincial court recently ruled that Roca will serve a maximum of 20 years for all convictions related to his time as town planning advisor at Marbella town hall.
