A man and a woman aged 21 and 25 died late on Saturday when they were hit by a van on the westbound A-92 north of Granada. The van driver tested negative for alcohol and drugs. Police say the victims, who were not wearing reflective jackets, had apparently just got out of their own broken-down car which was found nearby with its doors open.
