A traditional sight that used to be seen in many of Málaga’s rural villages has reappeared in Algatocín, with provincial government chief Elias Bendodo last week inaugurating the Valle del Genal village’s new public wood-burning oven. Created by the town hall and the Diputación de Málaga, it’s the first of its kind in the province and is equipped with tools and wood, ready to be used by residents for baking.
