A 21-year-old man was arrested last week for allegedly brutally beating a prostitute in Estepona. The victim, 25, suffered head and face wounds, possibly caused by being hit with a rock or blunt object, and was left temporarily in a coma. The man was arrested on charges of attempted murder, and police continue their investigation into the attack.
