Mijas town hall has opened the way for construction of a new stretch of the ‘senda litoral’ coastal path, between the El Capricho and El Juncal beach bars. It has reached deals with private landowners in the zone, including hotel and residential complexes, preventing the need for expropriations. The €1.4 million project is included in the 2017 budget and can now be put out to tender.
