Málaga’s new park at the old Campamento Benítez military base, which the city has been preparing to open to the public provisionally as a green space ahead of the park’s construction, has hit an indefinite delay due to a court halting the town hall’s contracting process for maintenance of the city’s parks and gardens. The order comes as the court studies an appeal filed against the contracting process.
