Torremolinos town hall has signed on as a private prosecution party in the investigation of former Parque Animal director Carmen Marín for alleged financial fraud. Sra Marín was previously sentenced to three years and nine months in prison for animal abuse and document fraud, and is now facing charges of embezzlement over her alleged personal use of Parque Animal association funds (CDSN last week).
