The National Police have carried out a crackdown on counterfeit goods in Fuengirola. A statement from the force on Monday said that, after learning that illegal goods were being sold at the town’s Sunday market, officers inspected 16 stalls and six cars parked on Calle Méndez Núñez, seizing 3,646 fake items including 491 pairs of shoes and arresting 16 people.
