The long-stalled project for the expansion of Marbella’s Bajadilla marina has hit a new snag that could cause a further delay, after Sheik Abdullah Al-Thani filed an appeal against the Junta de Andalucía’s decision to rescind his company’s contract for the project due to inaction. The suit requests that the contract suspension be stayed pending a final ruling.
