Police in Málaga have dismantled an illegal lottery being run in the city and have arrested 27 people. Over 172,000 tickets for the scam, known as La Rapid, have been seized in an operation in the Campanillas district. The head of the operation, alleged to have generated a million euros a year, is understood to be amongst those detained.
