A court has annulled a construction licence issued by Nerja town hall in 2009. The application to build a home in the rural area of rio de la Miel was submitted to the Partido Popular’s then-mayor, José Alberto Armijo, by a member of the family of his personal secretary. The present socialist group in Nerja described it as an example of Armijo’s “disastrous management.”
