A Madrid investment group has acquired Calle Larios, 10, in the centre of Málaga with plans to convert it into an four-star ’boutique’ hotel. The price paid for the seven-storey building which dates from 1821 has not been disclosed. However, the city’s famous shopping street has attracted some of the highest property prices in Spain in recent years.
