The InfoMedusa smartphone app, which provides information about jellyfish presence at beaches in Málaga province, has been updated for 2016, announced Diputación de Málalga officials last week. The free app, which also includes tips on treatment in the event of stings, was downloaded by more than 27,000 users last year. It is available for Android and Apple devices.
