The public prosecutor is to seek a three-and-a-half-year jail term for a man who fatally hit two cyclists with his car on the A-384 road in Campillos in 2013. The man, who the prosecutor says was under the influence of alcohol and drugs, is accused of negligent manslaughter and criminal traffic offences. The case is expected to go to trial in June.
