Vélez-Málaga Town Hall is to introduce enhanced security following a number of violent incidents recently which put staff under threat. These include the installation of a security screen at the main entrance. Opposition councillors say that closing two of the four access points to the building indicates the administration has adopted a “bunker” approach to staff safety.
