Fifty immigrants, including a pregnant woman, and three children were rescued from a boat 44 miles off the coast of Málaga last Thursday. A merchant ship raised the alert at 10am and stood by the pneumatic craft until a rescue vessel arrived and took the occupants to the city’s port. Three were taken for hospital treatment but later released.
