Three African immigrants died and a fourth went missing after they fell into the sea from a small inflatable boat 11 miles off the coast of Algeciras last Friday. Three other members of the group were rescued alive. The Spanish Coast Guard carried out a three-day search for the missing man, but the effort was unsuccessful.
