Iberia workers at Barcelona’s El Prat airport say they will take industrial action next week. The 2,000 ground handling and maintenance staff plan partial stoppages between December 21 and 24 because of a “lack of dialogue” with management. They say they are owed 7,000 hours of time off which cannot be taken because of staff shortages and that previous agreements have been breached.
