The General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS), which currently owns the abandoned Los Álamos hotel, where vandalism, squatters and a recent fire have caused concerns and a threat by the town hall of fines against the TGSS, said last week it will fence off the property and contract an onsite security guard service. It also said it is taking steps to sell off the property.
